If you need to make changes to your booking please do so via the confirmation email you have been sent.

Your appointment may be moved 15m earlier or later to help our scheduling. If this is a problem please let us know in advance. 

If you cancel your appointment or fail to show up we will require a deposit for future appointments. 

Please arrive to your appointment on time as if you are more than 5 minutes late your booking may be canceled and you may be charged a fee according to when we were notified.
